wtf? ...yeah... i guess i could be called a purist, but for the sake of the arguement, it's all done already. and that rieger cabby looks like shit, no style or class left there. but to each their own. ...m3 flares on a 318i, i think that is the most common non-m3 e30 to receive m3 box flares. the excuss of putting more rubber under the car is lame, e30's can house EXtremely large tires, especially out back, just invest that 2.5K into some custom lightweight 3piece rims that completely fill your existing wells, no way can an m10, turbo or not, need more rubber than that. ...plus, doing something that has been done a thousand times is not worth doing. doin something like an m3 rear window & trunk lid WITHOUT the flares, now that would possibly be an eye-catcher, verses an eye-sore
...what hasn’t been done to an m20 yet?

So, about when my 1985 318i gets the s52 placed in the empty, waiting engine bay, then may I place said flares on my vehicle? ( Not gonna, But I could )

an m3 lid and no quarter panels would make the car look too tall

Eh...just buy an e30 m3 roller instead (from what I've seen they go for 2-3k) and transplant everything over..cheaper than getting a regular e30 to look like e30m3 body wise....

          imho of course.
