A stroker requires an eta crank, i head, some piston considerations, and i components.

More like $300 for plastic bumpers.

no you got it mixed up..... in a nutshell you use the 2.7 325e block, the 2.5 325i head, and the 1988 325 pistons.

all you want from the 325i engine is the head and the intake components. Other than that you need the super eta ( '88 325 ) pistons, and you're set ( since you already have the 2.7e block.

Oh man everytime i see a 240 like that, I think about selling my e30 for one. I love that car!!!

Either one of those or a volvo 850 R.
two sweat cars, that i would probably take over the e30.

yup... sil80 is that front end on a hatchback body. like this:

i owned two, and wouldn't go back. the handling is less twitchy and they're a lot easier to get a set of 225's under, but the final drive gearing SUCKS and good luck finding a diff with a shorter one...

i do miss the way my s14 looked though (this pic's pre-drop):

i personally think an m20 turbo would hang with an rb25det.

                  That's not a Sil-80. A Sil-80 is the hatchback 240SX.
