e36 5 lug suspension test fit (pics inside)

Tonight I decided to go out and test fit the front e36 suspension on my 325is I can't start the install because I still need the car to drive until the end of next week.

I have not gotten the correct CAB's on yet, and the rim I used to test fit is the spare off my e34 so the tire was way too big, (205 65 15). Also the coil over suspension is all the way down. Anyway I think it looks HOT with the steelie on

    Looks euro style

yes unfortunatly my driveway is gravel, and yes it sucks.

edit: you'll notice that the bottle cap rim and tire didn't go far..I find softer stuff to sit on where ever possible :D

Stu, That is usuing the e30 upper strut mount, and e30 control arm, and whatever strut was the the e36 325is, I haven't decided on what I want to run for shocks yet. I have a set of CAB's from www.treehouseracing.com which are suposed to center the wheel in the wheel well, but those are not installed yet.

does anybody know if I can use the e36 control arm?

you can use '95 M3 offset control arms or regular e36 ones

sweet thats what I thought, thanks.

if the new CAB's don't push the wheel far enough forward then perhaps I'll try the 95 m3 offset arms.

I always work with a jack stand under the car..and no real jacks seem to work on gravel.

the shocks are way different, not sure if the front adjusters and coils would fit...it would be really close
