    you think you could do me a favor and measure your strut housings while they're out (e36 ones) Hopefully for me they will be 50mm :twisted:

      jon at treehouse racing does complete e36 front conversions all the
      time using a combination of e36 ground control coil overs and factory
      parts...if you check out the ground control website, you'll notice that
      the e36 coilovers are quite a bit cheaper than the e30s...

        sure thing, do you want the measurement of just the strut housing? It will probally be acouple of days before I can get to it


        How much cheeper are the e36 ground controls than th e30 ones?

          e30 coilovers are $1449...the e36 street coilover kit is $995...

          quite a difference...

                  Try using the search feature. You basically have to swap the entire suspension from a 5-lug car (e30 M3, or e36 318ti for example).

                              aheam, I'll be running m-=system II wheels. I'v thought about getting the t-star covers for them, but since the lip is polished I think it would look kind of weard. Maby it would look ok if the covers were painted black, but then I might as well leave them off..
