What to do with pitted Headlight Lenses?

    You might want to investigate Eastwood Co. - www.eastwoodco.com. They have a similar polishing wheel and polishing compound for glass at a cheaper price. However, I don't know if there polishing compound is the same or as good as the one mentioned above.

      i have cerium oxide... i'll see if i can find it. i have no use for it anymore, i'm done toying w/ polishing glass.

          eh, i was impatient and didnt have the proper tool to buff it out w/ the fine cerium oxide.

          it requires a lot of working. i found a dremel was too weak and i didnt have a very good attachment for it... a buffer w/ a small pad probably would have been a more appropriate tool.

          anyway, it came out fine, wasnt 100% clear, but clearcoat remedied that problem.. put a stoneguard on to protect it afterwards.
