Means getting rid of the door handles entirely - no door handle at all. Instead there's a little button under the door, or somewhere, that you push to pop open the door, so you can grab it to open it fully. I'm not a huge fan of it though, but whatever. ;)

Actually, they're almost always electronically popped by use of a remote similar to a keyless entry remote.
