What paint do I get to black my centers

Just wanted to know what paint I should get to paint my bottlecap centers black and repaint my lip silver? Also where do I get the paint?

for bottlecaps don't waste money on expensive paint.. just get whatever wheel paint you can find at your local autoparts store. you'll need 3-4 cans for the centers and 1-2 cans for the lips.
