HOW DO I WIRE US ellipsoid headlights TO MY 87 325IS?
HOW DO I WIRE US ellipsoid headlights TO MY 87 325IS?
I GOT A GOOD DEAL ON A PAIR OF US ellipsoid headlights (20 BUCKS) AND I NEED TO KNOW HOW DO I WIRE MY NEW SUCKETS TO MY OLD ONES. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO TELL ME ANYTHING.
THANKS ,DENIS
Do you have the harnesses? If you do, then you can wire them very similarly to the Euro Ellipsoids, the writeup for which can be found in the Tech>Lighting section of www.archercc.net
And he means it, its not an idle threat. Its considered bad karma.
If you DONT have any specialized harnesses then my writeup isnt all that useful except for the part about the relay. Just go to a junkyard and get the plugs out of a car that had ellipsoids and cut them off. Then solder and heat shrink them onto yours while sealing off the white thrid wire on your outer lenses. Then do that relay mod.
Why does every one make such a big ass deal about caps???/ wtf i dont get it. can you all just tell me how to wire my ellipsoids, and jordan dont be scaring people from banning them from here, i can just go and make another account, know what im saying homie
Get some male spade connectors and crimp them onto the ends of some 9005 and 9006 connectors that you get at Autozone or another autoparts store. Then plug them into the back of the ellips and then plug the male spade connectors into the stock sealed beam plugs.

You realize all IP's are logged, and I can and will ban all IP's when banning an account. You wont be able to even view the forum, let alone make another account.
Yes everything is painted now.
SEARCH for what you want to know, its been covered many times.
