Don't mind the dirt, the parts are going to be painted soon. But yeah, I like the outcome. The lip sits flush, I just need to adjust a few ends and use the heat gun to bend it down a little. Other than that its great mod, cost all together $18 for the lip and 2-3hr of fiddling with the fitment. :up:

Now here's another idea.....How about adding a lip from an older toyota...
















Or maybe a plastic piece that would resemble a splitter.......

I agree..... That's why i chose to run the plastic splitter (atleast for now). I don't think my car is that low, but i still manage to scrape my lip in certain places. I think the volvo lip's height is good for the streets.

But having that lip extended gives the car a more agressive stance.

Go for the cressida lips makes a nice addition if your running a volvo lip as its very close to the volvo contour. You just have to be extra careful because of the clearance. And if you like the flaring look, i think you'll appreciate how the cressida will pull the look. It would be perfect for track.

If you ever yonder in the wrecking yard. you'll notice that even older acura/honda/mazda and nissan's lip could be split and used with the volvo lip.:) I do like cressida because it has a unique flare to it- it's just harder to come by.

This one is with the cressida but with the side trimmed off. Side flares eliminated.
