    i suggest triming the lip just enough to fit, then mounting it, then trimming to fit. you wouldn't want to go cutting to much off!

    Hey Stephen, You'll have to remove about 3 fingers worth of plastic from each end of the lip. I say 3 fingers, because that way you have plenty of room for fixing any screw-ups, in the end you'll have removed about 3-3.5 inches from the ends and yeah self tapping screws is the best way to go, for the volvo lip.









    PS. Did the wall of smoke clear up from car yet?

    I'm going to mock up the volvo lip with the clips on my valence that aren't broken, then use the holes where I removed all the broken clips to mark the volve lip, then drill the lip and use copious amounts of zipties to hold it nice 'n' tight. There are already a shit ton of holes in the bottom of the valence.
