LAte front Valence with Early Euro bumpers

If you bent down the euro bumper you would gain 1/4 inch in height and have a really bad looking bumper.

I never tried bending it, I have no idea for sure what this guy did, but Yes it looked great. I'm guesing maybe he cut the valance and raised it a bit and screwed it back together, but the Is Lip was pretty close to the ground so I'm not sure. I was driving my dad around to look at boats, or else I would of stopped and taken a upclose look at the car.(just drove by it in the parking lot)
