er...i took my mouldings off first try without breaking a damn thing. they look like they are actually difficult to break. front ones snap out, just pry. the ones on the door have a bolt that is accessed by opening the door and looking right at the edge. once you unscrew it, take a cloth and a small flathead and pry the first clip out gently, then pop until you come to the end of the door. this one is a sliding bracket. slide the moulding towards the rear of the car and it will come out. the one on the rear fender comes out the same way, unbolt it from inside the rear fender, pop out the clip with a screwdriver, and slide it out when you reach the end. hth, its about a 10-15 minute job.
