E30 Cabrio Trim

I just replaced a trim piece, but does not stay in place because it is missing
some grommets. Where could I get these to secure the trim?

dont believe it has grommets, the studs pop in the hole,
but seriously, best glue down as well,
with heart shrinkage or non oem ones, usally fly off.

When I removed the old broken one it had white plastic coverings that fell apart when removed.

That part is definitely secured by grommets. They are tiny and I was able to get them from the dealer about 5-6 years ago. Should still be available.

3 oval shaped white plastic grommets fit over the pins. with one very tiny white round grommet front which typically breaks off and not really needed.
