Should I buy these IS seats ?

Hi everyone,

I have a chance to buy the below seats for $ 250 for my E30 318is, should I go for it ?
Heed your opinion here.
I am thinking to patch the damaged areas with some fabric with similar color until a full restoration can be done maybe in the future.
