Help! Swapping out comfort seat bottom

If this is a well worn subject, please direct me to a thread. I can’t seem to search the forum very well..

I bought a nice passenger seat bottom to replace my worn Natur vinyl driver seat bottom. I’ve got the seat out and the plastic covers off the recliners but I’m stumped on how to remove the unusual fasteners on the tilt arm, and unsure how to free the seat bottom from the recliners.

It also looks like I should refresh the gas springs while everything is opened up!

This video shows sport seats being disassembled, but I personally used it to reupholster my comfort seats since most of the process can be applied to both. Good luck!

A few more resources. I agree with "rudy" - disassembly of comfort and sports seats is almost identical.
