E30 Sports seat passenger to drivers side conversion

Greetings fellow enthusiasts. I bought myself a pair of sports seats, both of which are passenger's. Can anyone point me to a guide on how to swap the adjustments over to the other side, if one has been done? My main concern is the height adjustment mechanism, which is controlled by the second lever. I will be reusing the rails I have on my comfort seats along with the tilt mechanisms to get the rear lever on the right side. The thigh support seems easy enough to convert. I've checked google in english and german, but couldn't find anything. Browsed my local finnish forums too, but found no results.

All the upholstery parts (bolsters, seat center, back center, thigh support) are interchangeable right to left. Maybe try to find a cheap driver seat that needs refurb and just switch over the upholstery parts.
