Well, I have a dilema...
My 13-Button OBC's display has gone bad. The right side of it lights up all of the crystals all the time, so it reads something like 1300XXX instead of saying 1300 UHR. Yes, it is set for the euro/german/metric display.
I picked up a Euro clock for fairly cheap and was just going to throw it in there but now I'm waffling between the options.
I really like the OBC and obviously my car is already wired for it. I could just try and replace the display, I think pelican sells a kit for this. or I could try and find a working OBC.
On the other hand the Euro-clock is really neat, but I would have to do some wiring (I know it is all of four wires, but everytime I wire something, it goes horrably wrong) and I lose all of those neat little buttons and displays that distract me while I'm driving ;).
What does the hive mind think?
