    Coco Mats

Seems like my car still has the original BMW floor mats as they are in desparate need of replacement. The factory set are ~$120. I can get a set of Coco Mats from Bav Auto for that same amount. These seem to be more cheaply made than the ones from www.cocomats.com which are $145 a set or $100 for the fronts. I'm going to go with the natural color to match my tan interior.

In any case, these will be a Christmas gift to me from my family. What would you do? Any past experiences with coco mats? I love the look and heritage that they have!

I know they're expensive, but would you get the nicer fronts for $100? or whole set for $120 possibly made cheaper? or bite the bullet and get whole quality set for $150?

I sent this thread to hamann318is

He has some cocoa mats in the front and the back. They looks amazing and really do a great job bringing out a tan interior.

If you're on a budget, just get the fronts, nobody sees the rears

These mats rule. They don't move, and they smell great. I love the way they look, and they are hard to get dirty. Just take them out and shake them out to clean them, simple.

They are worth the coin, very high quality, and they've got that hefty feeling that makes you feel good.

www.cocomats.com is the only way to go.

Front and Rear set was $164 shipped, and it takes about a month (custom cutting). Seriously worth it.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

So the mats would only look that nice and shitty in a tan color interior or else they would loook really really shitty.

                    Obviously, they're a love/hate type of mat.

I want the black and grey ones. Always have. I REALLLY want to pull my seats out and clean my carpets. But winter is coming, maybe I will wait until March??

                        Bav auto units?

Would you order the ones from Bav Auto, though? They are not much more for 4 than 2 from www.cocomats.com. AND they have them in stock at Bav Auto.

Not too sure on the quality of the BavAuto mats. Looks like they are of a lesser quality (I think my mats have lots more leather, as in the heel pad and trimmings) than the actual mats, but as long as you like them, why not?

I like www.cocomats.com more as they have a larger selection, but if you don't need my color combo and bav auto has your set, I'd probably go for it.

                            Maybe in a classic early 70's 911

                            but not in an e30.

                              E30's are classic

I think E30s are as "classic" of a german car as there is going to be. Porsche are badass, but E30s are classic german too.
