Is there a sport seat tear down write up?

I just spent a few minutes searching and couldn't come up with anything. I want to recover the left bolster on my drivers seat using some cloth from a spare back seat I have. How do I tear it apart?

Take the back off and it will be pretty self-explanatory.

Yes, in fact there is a brand new seat reupholster DIY on E30tech.com with over 30 pictures and lots of how-to. Look under the "Appearance" sub-heading, and see the post by DeansBimmer on p. 2. This guy did a helluva write up and a great reupholster job.
