Cupholder for the cassette storage cutout of rear 1/2 of cen

    Long enough title?

I got a tape storage center console accidentally and would like to use the hole constructively. I seem to remember seeing a cupholder that fits there anyone know where I might find it?

I like having more space there, not too thrilled about seeing the wirees for my stereo and the code alarm radar which sets off the alarm if the top is down and someone reaches in.

The one I have has a hole where the cassette holders are.

The hole is bigger than the area in the non cassette one which I replaced with this due to 5 hands free kit's numerous holes which I exposed when I removed the hands free stuff.

I have the cassette holder in my car, but I'm not convinced you'll be able to fit cups in the hole it leaves if you take it out. Too small I think.

i threw my old one away. i had the older version of the cassette tape holders and just replaced it with a standard console part. they aren't that expensive. and we like to place the cups in between the passenger seat and the console.
I retired my E30 for now...

I think the part that goes in there has like a loop that pops up when you want it and supports the cup on top of the console.

I kept my old one, but like this one it has more space in the opening. If I have to I will get a small tray and put it under there. I thought I saw a snap in cupholder (like the parking brake stock boot works)
