Does anyone know how to remove the seat-belt latch on the rear seats? i am in the process of ripping the old cloth off, and seem like those latches are on there pretty good! please help, i have searched and no success

Are you talking about the plastic clip that the buckles snap into? If so, I think they are held in place by 2 nuts down deep in the foam.1993 Alpine White II 325i convertible (last year of E30 production)

ok so i have figured it out, they were held by plastic fasteners like these
there are 2 on the back of the single belt clip holder and 4 on the double belt clip holder. you just gotta pry them out with brute force. they are heavy duty ones and they are one piece with the belt buckle holder.
