Evo 8 Recaros Need To Be Mounted

I did a Search and nothing came out. I have a set of Evo Recaros, a complete set of E30 seats with seat rails and Wedge brackets. Is there a write up or site with procedures on mounting the sliders to the Wedge? The the Evo seats to the sliders? Any clear pics would greatly help. Cheers.

Wedge brackets aren't designed for stock e30 sliders. You need to get a set of either standard or height adjustable sliders depending on the style of bracket. Then make sure they mount to the seat as well. It's like a puzzle finding what works with what. There's no one solution. Josh (janderson) makes recaro to e30 slider/mount adapters that work well. If you want to use the Wedge's you need to get Sparco or Recaro sliders that'll work both on the seat and bracket. Search S14.net, add up the costs and see what's best for you.

Just wanted to add, it's not always that easy either. While the Mitsu seats are made by Recaro, they don't necessarily have the standard Recaro bolt pattern featured on other seats like SRD's, etc. You can fix this by drilling your own holes in the sliders if room permits. I've played with many combinations over the years. I currently have Sparco height adjustable double locking sliders with Wedge "LOW" brackets in my M3.
