    Carpet Removal

There is probably a thread on this, and if there is someone please point me to this. I guess my sunroof was cracked a little bit and a lot of water poured in and the drivers side carpet is soaked behind the seat. How do you remove the carpet? Suggestions please.
    thanks

Take the seats, consoles, door sills, etc. out, and then just rip the carpet out.

Heater CORE. Yes, it is. Either take it out or cut around it.

I have the classic pool of water behind the passenger's seat.. I'm assuming those hole cut-outs are for drainage? I haven't got around to popping them out yet but is that what they're for?

you can also remove the carpet without taking the heater out or cutting the carpet. all you need is a lot of energy and then pull it...
i did it also in my touring and i put an other one into it without removing the heater. it takes only some time and energy. i did it alone. some people say its easier with two people. one at the drivers and the other one at the passengers side.
