Should be, with the coding plug/faceplate swapped.

Yes, I'm sure you'll tell me you will put the M3 tach in when the motor is done... but thats dumb, just wait to put the whole cluster in then sorry... rice-a-rific
Remind me where the "rice" is evident in putting German parts in a German car.

go blow up your stupid DSM. You sold your e30...

90% of the value of the M3 dash is the tach. Yes, James will swap back and utilize it when he does his 2.8 swap. I would have just left it as is and not bothered installing it until that time.

              different folks, different strokes.
Now, go fix your blown BOV or something.

I'll use the german term. KRAUT

                Do I detect bitterness?

I'm buying another E30, if you actually read around here much. DSM already has a buyer lined up.

And... blown BOV? Shit... I wish I could do that, heh.

Ive got a question regarding odometer readings? If someone were to completely restore their car and put in a new cluster with a zero reading, would that be illegal?

I don't know about other states, but here in Oregon, the odometer readings are no longer required to be valid past 9 years after the production year of the car.
