Thank you, that's exactly the one...very nice. I was hoping he would have gone a step further locating the hog rings and showing how he removed the covers and replaced them with the new rings. I have a donor seat and will be replacing my left and right bolster and just wanted a visual as to how he fitted things back.. But again thanks that is very helpful. :-)

what is alcatara (spelling?) material? How much per yard is it to cover the sport seat "backs?"

I have a 1985 Arktisblau 323i (euro) and the interior in that car looks very similar, if not the same. I've been searching for another seat or seats to get more fabric to re-do the driver's seat.

Any luck finding any more info or the actual fabric for sale?

    Here's a pic of my driver's seat.

This is the fabric I'm trying to find. In the pictures, it's hard to tell the shade, but it's light gray and black check pattern. Found it. It's called Firenze/Black checkerboard.

The repro cloth is top notch, I sent erik a piece of the cloth so they could replicate it. It was sent back 4 times before it was spot on. I have done 12 or so interiors with it.
