    Hey Gregg,
What kind of board are you using? Is that the stock card? The door cards in my car need some TLC.

Hey Josh! It's actually 1/8" Dibond (also goes by the name of Alupanel) It's a hybrid aluminum panel, a plastic core sandwiched by two thin sheets of aluminum. Very strong and light for being 1/8", very easy to route/jigsaw/cut.

If you like where it's going, you can follow my e36 build thread over on BF.c...

I will be doing my e30 panels Late Dec/ early January I think, since the coupe's door panels are camel colored, and pretty beat up too.

Anymore awesome interiors? Anyone ever run houndstooth door panels with black leather seats? Maybe shift and e brake boot houndstooth too.

While I can appreciate the work you put into building those, and they seem to have come out really well built, I think they are a little flashy compared to the rest of the car.

My car is not for everyone, very industrial/no frills.

I like the unique part of the sheet metal door cards (or what ever material they are). BUt I think the stock door card design is well thought out, I dont think I could get rid of it.
