I think this is the right place to ask... I'm interested in getting a full cloth interior somewhat soon, but it seems that having an ad out for one for some months in advance is more helpful than anything. Right now I have cloth tan sport seats in my E30, but I'd love to do a full houndstooth or plaid swap. However, it appears that this stuff can't be found very easily in the US. Meanwhile, I check out the UK eBay occasionally, and I see a full grey plaid interior go for like 100 pounds... Damn. So, how often can I expect to find a nice cloth interior?
How rare is a full sport cloth interior?

IIRC Grey plaid interior was available for European and Japan spec cars only.
My interior I transplanted from a Japan spec car.

Not uncommon in early ES and E cars that were optioned out. Later cars we were not given the choice. Leather or Leather.Comment

Well, that's a shame. Someone was selling a mint black houndstooth sport interior, probably what I want more than anything, just recently but I wasn't really in the position to purchase it as I had only money to spend on my 24v swap. I'll have money whenever my E24 sells though.Comment

I have a full cloth sport interior that I would sell at the end of the month. It is in excellent condition (one of the best I've seen). No rust on tracks, no tear, stains, or sloppy brackets. I have the front seats, rear seats, and matching door cards (not the ones shown). $600 + shipping from Golden, Colorado.

If you contact me about that interior I may be interested. Depends on my finances at the time, but if you're interested I need a complete interior of ANY color.
If you can come down on price at all, it'd be a great help and may aid me in jumping on that. Either way, I need a full interior, and you've got one. We should talk.Comment

Well, since this thread is on the topic of cloth sports seats. I was wondering if any of you had seen this beaut before? It came from an early model and all I could find was a printed tab that reads (sportsseat) I'm wondering what it is looks a lot like the RECARO. What do you guys think?
To the OP sorry for thread crapping but I don't want to start a new thread for this.
