patching up side pannels

I have a fairly small tear on my passenger door panel. I was wondering if there was an easy way to patch it up rather then replacing the pannel (the rest is new and in tact). Thank you.

i checked a junk yard today and all of them were in shit condition. Plus my car is a 4 dr so it's a bit hard :/ Know where I can find one?
