Brand new OEM e30 dashboard.

my dash is still in excellent shape (black, not cracked etc) but it seems like it's warping around where the AC vents are, it doesn't really fit tightly around them (it's not that noticeable but there are gaps).

if I were to spend that much money on a new dash I'd make sure my car was garaged at all times to prevent damage. I'm glad I live in a moderate climate though!

Why would you need to garage it? Just keep it clean and use a windshield screen - should last another 20 years :)

because my car sits outside where it gets rained on constantly, shit on by birds and gets all kinds of shit on the paint from trees etc. I spent 4 hours cleaning it yesterday because there was so much crap on the paint.

I think pretty much much every average E30 dash Ive seen is like that, mine included. Im just glad that my car's dash isnt cracked, after spending 85% of it's life in Arizona.

Its the flat viynl right? All the new interior parts are like that. Im planning on getting all new ones. When i get back to my interior.

My mom has an 05 330i and I would pay high dollar for a dash like that. Besides is 550 the price with or without the BMW CCA discount my local dealership parts specialist knows me as a regular and has given me RealOEM's prices on several things usually around 50 percent off, but not on anything close to that cost.

i think all the new interior pieces are like that b/c when i bought my new center console w/ cassette holder it was nice and black. now i'm going to buy the console around the shifter and they will both be black. eventually the dash.
