What to replace when replacing dash?

    Nope, the heater core seems good. It is water and only happens when I wash the car or during heavy rains. I cleaned the elephant drain and the sunroof drains are all clear.

      Any ideas what other stuff behind the dash could be leaking?

        You can replace the wiper transmission rather easily from the front. No need to replace it just because you have the dash out. Remove blower motor and housing, remove wiper motor, remove transmission. You just have to rotate the assembly to the correct position with some trial and error. I did mine about a month ago. As I recall, the bentley directions imply it should be done with the motor attached to the transmission, but it wont fit out that way afaik. A ratcheting wrench makes the whole thing worlds easier.
