Should I replace my tan door cards with black ones?

I currently have a two tone interior in my car (was like this when I bought it) and I actually like it quite a bit. All the seats are black but my door cards are tan (believe the car originally had a tan interior). I found some black door cards in my area and am trying to decide if I should go all black with my interior. What do you guys think?

Pictures of my interior for reference.

Switch back and forth at your choosing. ;) I like the black and tan, oddly enough.

Yes...do it. I had the same setup in my eta. Pardon my blurry & vintage picture.

How hard is it to swap the door cards? I haven't even looked into that...

I'm thinking I probably will. All black would be pretty cool.

Eh, I think I'd prefer all black but thanks Danny

Not that hard. Three screws on the pull and clips around the door card. I've taken off so many that it's gotten pretty easy not to break any clips. But they're cheap parts anyways.

IT really depends on what color car you have. Like I would prefer the tan interior on a calypso. White on black interior. So there is a contrast.

I really like the way it looks now. Seriously, I'm saving your pics because I might just do my interior like yours (AWII on tan leather but black Recaros in the near future).

Thanks. Yeah, at the moment I think I'm gonna stick with the two tone. Maybe sometime I'll get black door cards just for fun and see if I like it more. My car is Alpine too btw.

What steering wheel is that? And what size? 330mm or 350mm?

                    Thanks

Hm...I guess I'm the oddball out, but I don't like it...

I had tan cards and I'm replacing everything to black and grey. Still need black seats and gray carpet.

However, I did consider getting everything black and leaving the carpet tan. I think that'd look good. I just feel like the door cards should match the seats.

Door cards are super easy to change out. You'll be ready for your second beer by the time you're done.

I went from all tan interior to black seats/black houndstooth and aside from it heating up a bit more in the sun, I dig it. Found an anthracite carpet in a junkyard car and never looked back.

Zen & the Art of E30 Maintenance has some good interior picts that show a different way of getting contrast, but since my car is alpineweiss I went all black.
