e28 seats in e30, will they fit?

I found a set of comfort 8 way power seats in excellent condition from an e28. they are rly nice and the junkyard says only 20 bucks a piece if I remove. I've look at threads, some say they'll fit with modification to floor,(no problem ) but others say the seats physically wolnt fit. Idk they did look bigger, but not huge. Anyone know for sure??

And for $40 total you should buy and resell them if they don't fit.

They look almost exactly like e30 seats just more comfortable and luxurious, its the same material and pattern. Anyone know if they'll fit? I'm not sure if their fully functional yet, I was gonna see if they would fit first, and go back with a charger and test them.

i dont think they will fit, i read they are bigger, and that e30 seats fit the e28, but not the other way around....

That fucking sucks, I think il still see if they are fully functional. If so il see if I can make them fit. If not I just sell them. Here's what they look like. Except their black, I didn't get a pic of them.
