Which way to go...Houndstooth vs Recaro??

I just think the houndstooth looks so dated and ghetto. The Recaro seats are cool, but the fabric color is terrible.

I'd hold out and find a nice black or beige sport interior. I don't think you can really improve over the comfort and look of the OE sport seats.

The Recaro interior I have looks pretty sharp. I'll upload some pics in a little while. Its a Recaro Gradient interior.

Sports seats are nice, but recaros are recaros.

But...... Recaro's always look nicer. But You will have to prob reupholster the whole interior (back seats) for it to look good , especially for what you are doing to your car

I have recaros and will never look back. If you are set on houndstooth, get the inserts redone then. I just had my back seat redone to match mine. I have the black and gray ones so the euro door panels matched. As far as the integrty of the car, it is not an m3, just make it match and look nice.

i like the e30 sport seats because they are much better than "sport seats" from other brands. but recaro is recaro and they are so comfortable.
