Console..Film, I Guess You'd Call It

My car has been left open - sunroof and windows - during rainstorms, at least twice that I know of. The interior is mostly vinyl, and I have come to love the material for situations just such as that. However, I noticed that my console beside the e-brake is beginning to bubble off its surface. Is there anything I can do to repress these without leaving huge gashes in my console? Can I order more of this stuff and just cover up cuts if I have to make some?

feeling crafty? take a syringe and fill it with an adhesive, poke it in and fill it, then keep a weight on it. no where near brand new, but looks ok usually

they do that, mine looks like shit and I've wanted to replace it forever. probably when I do a 5 speed swap and ditch the armrest in my car.
