E30 Vert Rear Replacement ideas

I need to replace the rear seat in my E30 Vert and don't want to break the bread for a special Vert seat (or reupholstery). I've seen all the threads on swapping front seats but I was wondering if anyone ever came up with a creative replacement for the rear seat problem?

Yeah I saw that thread thanks. I actually want to keep a rear seat though. Anything else?

that looked pretty cheese...sorry...at least if you are going to Masonite, then foam it and wrap with fabric or vinyl to give it a cleaner factory look. maybe do a speaker box install?

fabricate it so that you have space for the subs to mount flush? lots of room without a back seat.

the rear seat is there- how would you expect to do something around it? you can't have your cake and eat it too. if you keep the seat - patch it or reupholster or get a good used seat back that isn't torn.
