        Well I got an email from Turner, they let me now the item is in fact discontinued and they refunded my money. The search continues...

                In case anyone every needs this specific insert I was able to purchase it here: http://www.bmwpartsupply.com/
                Looks like there was one available somewhere and the order went through. Not only did they have this, but I ordered the mounting hardware for an M Tech II kit for 1/3 the price I was quoted locally at the dealership.
