Seems genuine as the horn buttons and the rear mounting points seem unused.

Was bmw individual around in the e30's day? If not then its probably not oem.

It's really ugly but I to looks like however wrapped it did a pretty damn good job just wrong colors

in the right interior ( Gucci/DG/ LV) covered seats, it would look good!
In a tan interior it could look o.k. on the right car.
