What is the best cleaning product for use on Houndstooth interiors?

I've tried using Sonax upholstery cleaner which has gotten almost anything i use on it, out....but the houndstooth seats have a faint water stain on some areas. By spraying any product on them, it leaves a new water stain. Any products/process out there you guys recommend?

I would try using a steam upholstery cleaner.

I use 99c Awesome for my headliner and carpet. Works like a charm.

Steam cleaning would do even better.

I like K2R sold at ace. It's a dry clean product. Great for small stains
