    My leak in the exact same place was the rear window seal.... you could try that

      sorry to dig up this old thread but it was all i could find on water in the rear pass floor... i cant figure out where it is coming from... my elephant trunk is clean and so are my sunroof runners...

      anyone have new thoughts?

        Sit in the rear where it leaks. Then have someone douse the roof and window with water, then watch for water trickling in anywhere.

        I had the same problem, I did this, and I found that it was due to a poorly sealed vapor barrier behind the door card of the rear door. Basically, water flowing down the windows and into the door (where the window regulator etc are) can leak into the interior if your plastic vapor barrier has broken. You could check that and see.
