One pice suede shifter boot

Can anyone make these? I was waiting for a guy in the UK( very nice and helpful,but busy) to make me two, but that isn't happening anytime soon Does anyone make these.it is a replica of the e30 m3 shift with boot, all one piece. And yes it is going in a e30 m3...2.
Any help would be great..

OP: I can make you whatever you'd like for your M3. My shifter and handbrake boots are styled like the OEM pieces.
