cheap homedepot/lowes sound deadening FROST KING

If anyone is interested ive seen this online and is cheap if you want to kill the road noise and make the car sound more solid.

Theres other stuff out there such as roofing peel and seal but they are all toxic due to the tar gassing out and will make the interior stink.

At least post a link to the actual product. There was nothing useful on that Corvette site at all, just people debating.

I've used peel and seal several times and it has never smelled. It won't black road noise though. It only works well for dampening vibration and/or blocking some heat.

Did this sound insulation recently on my 318ti. I went for about 80-90% coverage on the trunk and rear seats; I didn't even use a whole roll. It may be a placebo effect but I think noise was reduced by a few decibels. For example, at 75 MPH, I no longer need to raise my voice to talk to the passenger.
