Vader bracket still available?

I just bought a set of E36 Vaders to replace my torn slightly non function front seats.

I found the bracket online and didn't even realize that they were discontinued before I bought the seats.

Does anyone still make these, or could point me to someone who can make these. I do not have any welding equipment.
