Sometime down the road I'll be tinting my car.
I definately don't want them pitch black, that would be terrible.
I want something that blocks out the sun and doesn't make it a paint to drive at night. Isn't the percentage the amount of light it blocks? Therefore, I'd want something like 70-60% tint, just enough to be dark, but still be able to see me - making it easier to see at nighttime. ;)- Sean HayesComment

Yeah you're right, on some colors it looks ok though......the only two things I can't stand about not having tint is......Originally posted by gsbadbmrI personally think that window tint looks awful on e30's...........so no tint for me.

OOMPH!: You can add another one or two to your list.
Tint actually prevents the car from getting hot in the inside when you park it in the sun for about two hours.
It helps the seats from not getting direct sunlight1994 BMW 325 i/Canon Rebel XT/28-135mm IS f:3.5-5.6/Canon 50mm f:1.8

You're right, that's definitely an issue, especially with leather seats. I hate it in the summer time when you hop in your car and burn the shit out of yourself.......Originally posted by boricuabimma'OOMPH!: You can add another one or two to your list.
