methods for stopping/ repairing dash cracks

what are they, are there any, i know some people drill holes at the ends of the crack to stop them and im sure it works but i dont think that would look much better than a crack.

ive developed a small (~3/4 in) crack on the corner closest to the driver of that storage bit on the pass side.
edit:i consider myself luck cause you can just barely see it cause most of it is on the down slope into the tray

Drill a small hole where the crack terminates and it won't spread.

That's the only thing I can think of, my dash isn't cracked!

Replacing the dash isn't TOO hard....you could go that route too.

yeah, though the speedo and center area is always a bitch.

Drilling holes didn't do anything for me - it worked it's way past them eventually (plus they still looked like damnit).

So then I replaced it with a non-cracked used dash, and that cracked a few months later and looked 3x worse than the original.

my one friend has 318is with 8 giant cracks going from the bottom of the windshield towards the cabin. it looks like death valley.

on the other had, both of my 325i's have pristine dashes.
