I used the Sparco side mount seat brackets, although the inside one was turned inside out, away from the transmisison tunnel. I had to oval out the rear holes just a li'l, to make it fit. Simple as that. No height adjustment now, coz the right bracket is inside out, but I don't need it, coz it fits perfectly for me.

if you call sparco they make a couple brackkets to fit the e30... i non moving type for track and sliders for street... i have the sliders
