Why would the cop want your registration. Besides there are times when I drive without my wallet, namely the beach.

Where can I find a keyless latch?

Fuck, mine hasn't done this yet but in order to shut it every time, i have to slam the shit out of it. and i mean SLAM it. getting really annoying.

At least you guys have gloveboxes, I've gotta go dig through some junkyards to find a new one.

The links above are dead. I have the same problem. What do you guys think about just drilling out the lock? Thanks

if you have small arms, you can pop out the pass side vent [near the door] reach in and pinch the two tabs in to unlock the glove box.

yup, and this way won't break anything in the process.

How do you get that vent out?

After removing every screw I could reach I just cut the box in to little pieces with visegrips an tinsnips. After i had everything removed except the latch it was relatively easy to open with a screwdriver. I now have a replacement from the junkyard that smells like vanillaroma. Does that smell ever go away?

I asked the wrong question. I took that vent out (the circular one, I'm assuming) and that didn't exactly help at all. So I figured it had to be the other vent.
