What is this dash light?

the liters readout on the fuel gauge, the Km/H readout on the speedo... i'd say youre right

no idea what that light is, but it seems to be in a similar place to the check engine light on my cluster

I just checked my us spec cluster and the check engine light lines up with that arrow thing. So i geuss that is what it is. I should of done that in the first place. :roll:

late 324td's with electronic diesel pump have two "diesel only" lights on cluster.

Orange with "coil" symbol on it for glow plugs active, and green with cirrulating arrow for "ready to start".

Might not actually be a CEL, my '86 has an automatic transmission warning do dad thing there.

The one's that I've seen have symbols like a gear and "A" inside.

To the left of it is a orange light that has a coil symbol. And to the right, it has a symbol that looks like a fuel injector spraying fuel.

That might be water on fuel light for diesel or diesel CEL.

If I remember right all late euro clusters have location for those lights.

yep, the one you posted is the "glow-plug" wait to start light.
