Thank you but no. They are not working. I meant the starter was installed 2+ months ago and I did not have any issues with the windows then. They are still "rigged" with the jumper on and off for now till I figure out why the relay is not working. Thanks for the positive thinking tho.sigpic

Oh, ok. With the relay out, measure voltage between 85 and 86 with the key off, on and cranking.
Measure between 86 and a known ground with the key on and off, and measure between 85 with the car cranking and not cranking. Let me know what you have.-Dave
