Installing Rear Headrests?

      I've seen quite a few e30's up here in Canada that have the rear headrests. Maybe they were available on Canadian cars...

            If you remove the rear seat you'll see how they are installed... It couldn't be easier.

                Ok, I have the rear seat out. What do I have to do to get the rear headrests in? Surely they dont just rest on the clips.

                    The hardest part of the install was making the holes for the grommets. When making one hole, I accidentally ripped the leather a bit far, so I'm going to have to get some of that repair stuff.

                          Some 4-door cars came standard with them with a center arm rest in the states.
