I have some glue called K-grip that I use that holds up really well. I think I'll give that a try.Still no updates as the car is still in the shop. Hopefully i'll have that damn thing back soon enough. To be honest, just use some of the heavy duty glue that has been suggested in this thread and i'm sure you wont have any problems. When i'm installing my new interior, i'll be redoing the rear shelf in the same material i used for the pillars (since i have a good amount left) and will be using the more heavy duty glue suggested.

Nailed it. Infinity Kappa CS693, IIRC. THE hot shit in about 1984. EMIT tweeter, burly 4" mid and a decent 6X9 woofer with a 3 way crossover. The early versions had a single crossover for 6 speakers...shitty to install, let me tell you.
Good god, I have not seen a set of those in years.
